Quriva（「我們」）提供以 AI 輔助的學習服務。孩子的學習紀錄十分私密，我們以此原則設計整個系統：只收集必要的資料、清楚說明用途、並讓家長全權掌控。本政策說明我們收集甚麼、如何使用，以及你的權利。 Quriva ("we", "us") provides an AI-assisted learning service. A child's learning record is deeply personal, and we design our systems around that principle: collect only what is necessary, be clear about how it is used, and keep parents in control. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

我們現時收集的資料What we collect today

網站現時提供 Beta 候補名單登記。登記時我們收集：家長稱呼、電郵地址、孩子的年級，以及基本的網站使用統計（例如頁面瀏覽次數）。我們不會在網站上使用廣告追蹤。 The website currently offers a beta waitlist. When you sign up, we collect: your name, your email address, your child's year level, and basic site usage statistics (such as page views). We do not use advertising trackers on this site.

Beta 產品推出後收集的資料What we will collect once the beta launches

當你的家庭開始使用 Quriva 學習產品，我們會收集學習所需的資料：孩子的稱呼及年級、答題紀錄（題目、作答、對錯、用時）、由此推算的掌握程度，以及家長帳戶資料。我們奉行「最少收集」原則——凡與學習無關的資料，一概不收集。 Once your family starts using the Quriva learning product, we will collect what learning requires: the child's name and year level, answer records (questions, responses, correctness, time taken), the mastery estimates derived from them, and parent account details. We follow a minimal-collection principle — anything not required for learning is not collected.

我們如何使用資料How we use it

• 通知你 Beta 安排及你年級的開放時間（候補名單電郵的唯一用途） To contact you about the beta and when your year level opens (the only use of waitlist emails)
• 為孩子提供個人化學習：診斷強弱、編排練習、產生進度報告 To personalise learning for your child: diagnosing strengths and gaps, scheduling practice, and generating progress reports
• 改善產品質素（以匿名及整合方式進行） To improve the product, using anonymised and aggregated data

我們不會做的事What we will never do

• 不會出售你或孩子的資料，亦不會轉交第三方作推廣用途 Sell your or your child's data, or pass it to third parties for marketing
• 不會以學生紀錄或上載教材訓練共用 AI 模型 Use student records or uploaded materials to train shared AI models
• 不會在產品中向兒童展示第三方廣告 Show third-party advertising to children in the product

家長的權利與控制Parents' rights and control

家長可隨時要求查閱、匯出或永久刪除孩子的所有紀錄，以及取消候補名單登記。只需電郵至 hello@quriva.ai，我們會在合理時間內辦妥並確認。 Parents may at any time request access to, an export of, or the permanent deletion of all of their child's records, and may leave the waitlist. Email hello@quriva.ai and we will action and confirm the request within a reasonable time.

學校與補習社上載的教材Materials uploaded by schools and centres

學校及補習社上載的筆記、工作紙及試卷，版權永遠屬於上載者。該等教材獨立隔離儲存，只用於教授其自己的學生，絕不會供其他機構或用戶使用。 Notes, worksheets and papers uploaded by a school or tutorial centre remain the property of the uploader. They are stored in isolation, used only to teach that organisation's own students, and never made available to any other organisation or user.

保安與儲存Security and storage

所有資料在傳輸及儲存過程中均以業界標準加密。資料儲存於信譽良好的雲端服務供應商（現時為美國區域的伺服器）。我們只保留服務所需的資料；刪除要求執行後，相關資料會從我們的系統中移除。 All data is encrypted in transit and at rest using industry standards. Data is stored with reputable cloud providers (currently on servers in US regions). We retain data only as long as the service requires; once a deletion request is actioned, the data is removed from our systems.

政策更新Changes to this policy

如本政策有重大修改，我們會在本頁更新，並在適當情況下以電郵通知已登記的用戶。 If we make material changes to this policy, we will update this page and, where appropriate, notify registered users by email.
